This yearโ€™s @accehq conference was extra special as our Marketing team won not one, but two awards! 

During award night at the conference, we were surprised to be announced as the BEST IN SHOW award winners in our Chamber category. 

It was an incredible way to celebrate the passion we all feel for supporting our business communities and to know our hard work pays off!

Last week, we hosted our July Regional Meetings. 

In partnership with Lancaster County Workforce Development Board (LCWDB), EDC Lancaster County, Lancaster County STEM Alliance and Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County, we discussed current labor trends and the current skill sets of our labor force and where the supply and demand mismatch is occurring.
